We represent both acquirers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. The firm's lawyers have acted as company counsel and investors' counsel in debt and equity placements of all sizes. We have also acted as counsel to the agent in a variety of private placements in the U.S. and overseas. Our lawyers have worked on a number of placements of preferred stock with venture-capital investors in the high-technology and biotechnology areas.
